Marcus Axten Jørnsen
Marcus Joernsen brings over half a decade experience in Investment Banking coming from ARGONAS Corporate Finance Advisors. With a focus on venture to midmarket companies, he gained deep expertise in originating and executing M&A and Financing mandates within DeepTech, EnterpriseTech, Digital & Business Services, and MedTech. Prior to his previous position, Marcus gained operational experience from PostNords global operations within corporate business controlling.
Sebastian Bauch
Sebastian Bauch brings over two decades years of investment banking leadership from co-founding ARGONAS Corporate Finance Advisors and building IEG Investment Banking Group, where he executed several landmark transactions in particular in enterprise and medical imaging software as well as fundraisings for technology companies. As a Co-founder of FRONTIER Capital, Sebastian uniquely blends advisory expertise with hands-on entrepreneurial experience in software and e-commerce ventures.
Kathryn Li
Kathryn Li brings over a decade of international business experience, including seven years in finance and six in operations. She began her career at Morgan Stanley in California and became Vice President in Risk Management. After her MBA, Kathryn joined Wayfair, leading global process improvements for international suppliers across North America, Europe, and China. In Berlin, she co-founded an HR tech startup focused on addressing Germany's skilled labor shortage and has first-hand experience raising funds from European investors.
Florian Li Obermüller
Florian Li Obermüller has over eight years of experience in M&A and corporate development & strategy from ARGONAS Corporate Finance Advisors and Berlin Brands Group, the Bain Capital backed unicorn Amazon-aggregator. Florian has transaction experience from both the advisory and the corporate side along with hands-on managerial experience, navigating strategy pivots and challenging market environments in hyper-scaling mode. With deep insights into the investor as well as the operator perspective, Florian builds bridges and mediates effectively in transactions.
