What We Are Looking For

We're not just looking for brilliant minds; we're seeking unique individuals who genuinely get a kick out of building and scaling great businesses through smart financial advisory. In the high-energy world of investment banking, we thrive on collaboration, and we want people who do, too. We expect you to bring exceptionally strong financial fundamentals, a knack for incisive problem-solving, and significant intellectual horsepower.

But it goes deeper than that. We're eager to find folks with a true passion for the art of the deal and a real desire to nurture businesses, always with an eye on creating lasting, long-term value. We truly appreciate professionals who are driven and self-motivated, with an unwavering commitment to excellence, yet always approach their work with a humble, open, and unassuming attitude. We believe the best ideas often come from listening and learning, not just knowing.

Our firm is more than just a place to work; it's a community. We believe in long-term investments—not just in the transactions we execute, but profoundly in the people who drive our collective success. That's why we're keen to find individuals who are not only intellectually curious but also genuinely enjoy connecting with others and see themselves as integral, long-term members of our dynamic team.
